What should you look for when you are looking for an interior designer?

Look for accreditation from ASID, the American Society of Interior Designers. At Interiors Joan & Associations, all of our designers are accredited by ASID.

Ask about their design process, and how they pair designers with clients. Relationship building is at the heart of what we do at Interiors Joan & Associates. In some cases, we grow with the client – designing their starter home and their dream home later on!

Look at where they go – do they have continuing education programs and trips to leading product markets? Twice a year, we go to the High Point Market, which showcases the latest in design and furniture trends!

How do they work with builders, architects and contractors? We can connect you with a builder or contractor, help you revise a floor plan, select hardscapes, finishes and paints, and provide solutions you may never have considered.
